Classes are challenging but safe, targeting the common problem areas in pregnancy, maintaining fitness, strength and posture.

There are also informal discussions throughout the class touching on common pregnancy related problems such as incontinence, diastasis, birth choices and well… whatever comes up.

All new clients will be assessed prior to joining the class allowing me to know your specific needs.

If you are suffering from pelvic girdle or lower back pain, there is the opportunity for one-to-one sessions which will be a blend of hands on treatment and strengthening with the aim to keep you mobile and reducing your symptoms.
