Having trained in the NHS, I transitioned to a more holistic, integrative approach. I specialise in women’s health and Cancer rehabilitation.<\/p>

Using exercise, scar therapy, acupuncture, breath work and biomechanics alongside my traditional physiotherapy tool kit, I empower you to take back control of your recovery.<\/p>
